What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a demo, we receive your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to add: your company, phone number, installs per month and your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for one, to arrange a demo.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored on the RUNBASE platform, which runs on Amazon Web Services in Sydney, and is emailed to our team so we can reply.

Some services we use may process information outside Australia. For example, technical error reports from our systems go to a monitoring service in the United States.

Seeing or changing your details

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, call 0485 861 255, or send us a message from the Contact page.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your details, call 0485 861 255, or send us a message from the Contact page, and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This website

The site remembers one setting in your browser for the current visit, so the opening animation plays once per visit.

Like most websites, our servers keep a technical log of each visit, including your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure, and to investigate misuse, and they are kept for 2 years.
