How the model works

Aligned with you, by design.

01

You run jobs

Leads, quotes, installs and certificates move through the platform as part of your normal workflow.

02

RUNBASE processes outcomes

STCs are lodged and settled, payments move, stock is ordered — real transactions, handled by the system.

03

We earn when you do

Our revenue comes from those processed outcomes — never from seats, subscriptions or lock-in fees.

Where RUNBASE earns

  • STC processing and settlement

  • Wholesale supply margin

The platform pays for itself from day one — and as your install volume grows, RUNBASE grows with you. Less like a cost. More like part of how the business operates.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Yes. The core platform — CRM, pipeline, quoting, scheduling and monitoring — has no subscription fees and no hidden charges. RUNBASE operates on a performance-based model: we generate revenue through the STC processing, finance and transactions that flow through the system as you run your business.

From outcomes, not access. When the platform processes an STC settlement, a finance transaction or a wholesale order, RUNBASE earns a margin on that activity. The model only works when installers are winning jobs and getting paid — which is exactly the point.

No lock-in contracts. The platform earns its place by being the easiest way to run your business — if it isn't doing that, you can leave. Your data is yours.

You can — but RUNBASE is built to replace the patchwork rather than add another layer to it. Most operators start by running new jobs through the platform end-to-end, then migrate the rest once the difference is obvious.

No. Every module works because it's connected, but none of them are forced. Use the parts that fit how your business runs today and switch on the rest when you're ready.
